Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful making my stay more enjoyable. The location near the ferry terminal is perfect for travelers. The shower in my room was one of the best I've experienced.

The decor and furniture could use modernization as the hotel feels a bit dated. The breakfast options were very limited which was disappointing for a family-friendly stay.

The AC unit in the room is loud and barely made a difference, which can be a bit bothersome, especially on warm nights. The room felt cramped and dated, with an older bathroom showing signs of wear, including drainage issues that led to water pooling during showers. The restaurant, while convenient, had a somewhat worn ambiance with limited cozy appeal and portions that were a touch on the smaller side for the price.

The stay was pleasant, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome and at home. We enjoyed a delicious moose stroganoff dinner at the on-site restaurant, which offered a taste of local flavors. The hotel is conveniently located right near the ferry terminal, making it ideal for travelers with pets.

In my wife’s opinion, a bit more outdoor space for kids would be a great addition.

The staff were overly friendly like they really cared about us and the breakfast was like a home-cooked meal even though we were just passing through. Got a chance to unwind after a long ferry ride and enjoy the clean room with super comfy beds it really felt like a relief.

The building feels quite aged, needing a serious refresh!!! The small room size makes navigating it a hassle. There's a lack of basic amenities like a fridge or microwave, which is unexpected!!!

the hotel in port aux basques is perfectly located right by the ferry. my queen room was comfortable, clean, and had a nice view. the shower was amazing too! staff were super friendly, and the dessert I tried at the restaurant was out of this world. definitely a good spot for travelers.
